Minutes

Draft minutes are generally published on the website (below) and on the Parish Council’s noticeboard (if space allows) about a week after a meeting takes place. Minutes are approved at the following relevant meeting and once confirmed are published here. There is a legal requirement for parish councils to retain minutes of all council committee meetings for a period of six years from the date of the meeting.
